Our Apple Cider Spice Sourdough is naturally leavened with active sourdough starter and infused with real apple cider, fresh apples, and a comforting blend of cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, and nutmeg. The result is a tender crumb with subtle sweetness and the nostalgic flavor of a crisp fall afternoon. Perfect toasted with butter or served alongside a warm cup of coffee.
 
Ingredients: flour (unbleached hard spring wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, and folic acid), apple cider, apple, sourdough starter (bread flour, water), coarse sea salt, ground cinnamon, ground cardamom, ground ginger, ground nutmeg.
