Banana Nut Cake Mini Loaf with Brown Butter Glaze Drizzle
This cake is our family fave! It comes out light and fluffy but filled with rich banana flavor and perfectly crunchy walnuts. Don't let it fool you, it will have you coming back every time it's on the menu... perhaps for seconds! This week we've mixed it up to share it with you in a mini loaf with the option to add the icing or not!
Cake Ingredients: Sugar, organic hard red wheat flour, organic malted barley flour, butter (cream, salt), sour cream (milk, cream, cultures), bananas, eggs, walnuts, baking soda, salt
