History

"Geranium essential oil was used by the Egyptians to promote beautiful, radiant-looking skin". Today this oil is often used in luxurious bath and body products. It derives from the fragrant flower native to South Africa.

Geranium has a sweet, floral scent. It is often used topically and aromatically. You might be familiar most with it in perfumes and candles. You can also "add Geranium to lotion, body wash, and hair care to enhance the aroma of your personal care products."
