Our oil of the month is Peppermint and I want to share more details about this fantastic essential oil. It is truly one of my favorites all year round. As well as physical benefits, the emotional benefits are astounding.

This month the oil we are featuring, just happens to be my favorite: Peppermint! This oil is said to be the oil of a buoyant heart. It invigorates the mind, body, and spirit. "It reminds individuals that they don't have to be controlled by fear," according to ShareOils Blog. It lifts one out of emotional turmoil and lends to emotional reprieve. It acts as a flotation device and allows you to stay on the surface in an ocean of emotions. Peppermint can be used to help one rediscover the joy of being alive. Peppermint allows for a breath of fresh air.

Cools fatigued muscles after physical activity
Produces a focused environment when diffused
Provides a refreshing experience when mixed with your favorite shampoo or when applied to skin after a warm day in the sun

Uses:
