Not-So Leftover Buffalo Crack Chicken Pasta

Last week we shared the Instant Pot Crack Chicken recipe. Now I want to show you how to re-create it into a yummy leftover pasta, that's not quite so "leftover" tasting at all! Incase you need refreshing, here's the recipe to the Crack Chicken.

Ingredients

1 Box of Noodles of your choice, cooked as directed on package

1/2 C. Chicken Broth (if needed)

1/2 C. Buffalo Sauce (we use Texas Pete Buffalo Wing Sauce)

1/4 C. Freshly chopped Green Onions to top

Instructions

Cook noodles as directed on package.

Heat Crack Chicken in large sauce pot on medium heat.

If chicken seems too thick, you can add chicken broth to thin it out to desired thickness.

Add buffalo sauce and stir til warm.

Add noodles to buffalo chicken mixture.

Top with green onion.
